How it works

How to issue an MChD

  1. Qualified electronic signature (KEP). You need one as the principal. The Federal Tax Service issues it free of charge to LLC directors and sole proprietors; individuals can obtain one from any accredited certification centre. If you do not have one yet, we will tell you the fastest way to get it.
  2. Create a power of attorney for the agent. You can do this free of charge in the Federal Tax Service portal m4d.nalog.gov.ru or in your e-document system (Kontur, SBIS, etc.). We will send you the representative’s details once you submit your request. The powers to include:
    • accreditation (registration) on the electronic platform;
    • submitting, amending and withdrawing applications;
    • signing price bids during the auction;
    • optionally, signing the protocol and the contract.
    Validity: the term of your plan, i.e. one auction, a month, a quarter or a year.
  3. Sign it with your KEP and send us the power of attorney file (.xml) and the signature file (.sig) together in a single .zip archive, either via the request form below or in reply to our email.
  4. We take it from there: we register the power of attorney on the platform, submit the application and bid with our signature on your behalf. You are named as the winner in the protocol. You can revoke the power of attorney at any time in the same service where you issued it.
Never hand your electronic signature (the key token) over to the agent. The signature key must stay with its owner only: an MChD is all we need to bid on your behalf.

Scrap metal: what to know

  • When buying scrap metal, VAT is calculated and paid by the buyer acting as a tax agent.
  • Removal is usually at the buyer’s expense and on tight deadlines, so plan your logistics in advance.

How do I take part in an auction through an agent?

Send us a link to the lot, choose a plan and grant us a power of attorney. We submit the application on the platform in your name and bid up to the maximum price agreed with you.

How much does it cost?

A single auction costs ₽6,990, one month ₽44,900, a quarter ₽88,900 and a year ₽199,900, all prices including 22% VAT. If you win, our success fee is 4.5% of the purchase price.

Who pays the deposit?

You transfer the deposit yourself, from your own account, to the bank details of the platform or the organiser. If the auction is not won, the deposit is refunded under the platform’s rules.

What kind of power of attorney is required?

To sign the application with an electronic signature on your behalf, we need a machine-readable power of attorney (MChD). You issue it yourself, free of charge, at m4d.nalog.gov.ru using your own electronic signature. A step-by-step guide is in the “How to issue an MChD” section on this page.
