Payment and refunds

Only the platform services are paid on this website: lot reports, participant statuses, bids in Scandinavian auctions and account balance top-ups. The price of the property itself (vehicles, machinery, real estate) is settled directly between the seller and the buyer and is not accepted through the website.

1. Payment methods

Bank card and SBP (fast payment system) online;
Bank transfer by an invoice with a QR code to the Operator settlement account;
From the personal account balance topped up in advance.

All payments are made in Russian roubles. Prices are listed in the public offer and on the page of each service.

2. When the service is rendered

All services are electronic and are rendered immediately after the payment is credited; access appears in the personal account automatically. There is no physical delivery.

Lot report — at the moment the documents are opened for download;
«Responsible» status — at the moment it is activated in the account;
Bid — at the moment it is accepted into the auction;
Balance top-up is not a service: it is an advance and remains the User money until spent.

3. Refunds

A refund is made in the following cases:

The service was paid for but not actually rendered — for example, the lot report was paid for but the documents were never opened, or the lot was withdrawn before access was granted;
A duplicate or erroneous payment;
A technical failure of the platform which prevented the User from receiving the paid service;
Unspent balance of the personal account — at any time on the User request;
Unused bids from a purchased pack — returned to the account balance.

A refund is not made if:

The lot report documents have already been opened or downloaded;
The bid has already been accepted into the auction — the participation service has been rendered regardless of the auction outcome;
The «Responsible» status has been activated and used to access restricted documents or Scandinavian auctions;
The User is dissatisfied with the condition of the property or with the outcome of a deal concluded with another User — such disputes are settled between the seller and the buyer.

4. How to request a refund

Send a request to inbox@24eraetp.ru from the email address used at registration;
State the full name or company name, the payment date and amount, the service and the reason for the refund;
The request is reviewed within 10 business days;
The money is returned by the same method it was received: to the card used for the payment or to the bank account of the payer, within 10 business days from the approval of the request.

5. Payment security

Online payments are processed by a payment service provider. Card details are entered on the provider secure page, are transferred over an encrypted connection and are not stored on the platform servers.
